How To Use Feedback Genius
The purpose of Feedback Genius is in the name: Get more feedback! I personally like to focus on increasing my review count, as I believe that is more important then seller feedback.
With Feedback Genius, you can automatically e-mail your Amazon customers after x amount of days. A great way to touch base with them is to see if they like the product. Your ultimate goal is to ask if they want to leave a product review!
You can fully customize the email to make it look like it’s a personal e-mail and not some auto-send e-mail.
Feedback Genius has a clean dashboard that keeps track of exactly how many emails it has sent for you, and how much feedback & reviews this resulted in.
In my opinion, follow-up emails like these are essential when it comes to increasing your reviews.

Conclusion
It does what it promises. Send out follow-up emails to your Amazon customers. Would I recommend it? Depends on your needs. Personally, I only have a few SKU’s with a very high volume. So in my case it is more cost efficient to use an alternative: Jump Send. However, if you are just starting out Feedback Genius will give you 100 free emails per month, which is pretty awesome!
Your comment on FeedbackWhiz con’s is incorrect. The sku pricing is based on review monitoring. Otherwise you can have unlimited skus at no extra cost for email automation. No comparison with the others especially with unlimited emails
