When you are performing a product research to find the next item to sell are “Keywords” important for this part of the research? Or are “Keywords” implemented once you find the product to sell?
I’d say a bit of both. Usually you will only start with the keyword research when you are creating your listing and are about to sell your product.
However, if you find out during product research that all of your competitors are missing out on a huge keyword. Then this could definitely factor in during product research if I decide if I should go for a product or not. Like I said before, when doing product research you are deciding if you can beat your competitors on stuff like:
- Product quality
- But keyword research is also a point you can outperform your competitors on.
