I am close to getting ready to launch my first Amazon FBA product. I work 9-5 in commercial finance and am looking to eventually work for myself through Amazon FBA and running FB Ads for local businesses.
My question: I ordered my first order of only 300 units, I took own product photos with DIY photo box and they turned out great. I outsourced photo editing on fiverr and also hired someone to create a logo to create brand for my product. So my listing is ready, order will be produced as soon as back from CNY. I bought two UPC codes since my product has two different models with different color schemes. I know once product is ready I have to setup incoming shipment on Amazon Seller. My question is what potential critical and big steps could I be missing before taking this huge risk?
Sounds like you are on the right track! You can already start planning the shipment. Schedule the shipment with the forwarder, select the HS-code for customs, request all required documents for customs ( package list, invoice).
