Does Jumpsend allow you to control who you want to send follow-up emails to? Say I do not want to send follow-up emails to customers that have returned our product or that have already left a review. Does it have a function where it only sends to specific customers?
I was also wondering whether it had a function where it could monitor customer reviews ( give us notifications when we receive reviews etc.)

Yes you can set triggers for certain events. So you can email customers after x amount of days after these events:

  • Product purchase
  • Product shipped
  • Product delivery
  • Refund requested

I am not sure if it is possible to monitor reviews with Jumpsend. I use Sellics for this, but I know Feedback genius also offer this feature.
