Does Jumpsend allow you to control who you want to send follow-up emails to? Say I do not want to send follow-up emails to customers that have returned our product or that have already left a review. Does it have a function where it only sends to specific customers?
I was also wondering whether it had a function where it could monitor customer reviews ( give us notifications when we receive reviews etc.)

Yes you can set triggers for certain events. So you can email customers after x amount of days after these events:
- Product purchase
- Product shipped
- Product delivery
- Refund requested
