If you sell 100% of your products with FBA, there is a good chance you can get most of your negative seller feedback removed. I do this weekly just to make sure my seller rating stays nice and high!
Amazon Feedback Removal Guidelines
Here is a very important rule about seller feedback;
The feedback must be about the performance of the seller. Not about the product or the fulfillment method.
This means that any negative review that mentions the product itself, can be removed! Any negative feedback about the product arriving late or broken? You guessed it! You can get it removed!
Now that we are aware of this policy we can actually get most of our negative seller feedback removed.

Here is my standard email template that I use for feedback removal;
Hi,
This is regarding seller feedback: xxx
This feedback is regarding the product, not the performance of me as a seller.
Could you please remove this feedback?
Thank you and have a nice day!
It is very simple and straight to the point. I just opened a case with seller support, and 90% of the time, they will immediately remove the seller feedback. If they don’t remove the feedback, I will open a new case, and a new seller support staff member will look at it and remove it.
Removing Product Reviews
Now, this is something completely different. In my experience, it is nearly impossible to get a product review removed. I have had competitors who obviously have fake reviews. I reported them about 20 times, and they never actually removed the reviews. IMO, the best thing to do is to comment on negative reviews so future customers will see them and notice you actually care about your customers.
