If you are running your e-commerce business on Amazon, you know how important it is to have the right tools to help you manage your store and boost sales. Thanks to the booming of e-commerce in the past decade, there are plenty of tools that promise to do that and more. But are they all really that good?
No, they aren’t!
Of course, there are some really great tools that stand up to their promise. One of them is Zonebase. With 92% accuracy and several impressive and unique features, it’s undoubtedly one of the best e-commerce tools for Amazon.
With the motto “Sell More, Work Less on Amazon”, Zobase promises to help you sell the most popular products and boost your visibility. Namely, they find the best trending products to sell, find the best keywords to use for your product descriptions, and help you get your product to the first page. According to the reviews from their customers, they really help you do that thanks to their features.
Zonbase has a very intuitive user interface and a well-organized, easy to navigate dashboard. On the left of it, you will see a menu of all the tools. They are divided into 3 categories:
1. Product Research
This feature allows you to find Amazon products by filtering them by country, category, presets, price, reviews, monthly sales, and monthly revenue. You can also find products by a keyword, applying more or less the same filters as already mentioned. Moreover, you can download the search results report for greater convenience.
Zonbase’s Chrome extension allows you to find the right product(s) for your store faster. Using it is very simple as all you have to do is install it on your browser, go to Amazon, and add a keyword in the site’s search bar. Then, click the extension’s icon and wait a few moments for it to generate the results.
When the results appear, you’ll see there’s a lot of data per each product found, including category, brand, price, best seller rank, etc. There is also an analysis of product page one averages and smart score (the relationship between the number of times a keyword is searched for and the number of sellers who include that keyword in their listings.
This feature finds the hottest products on Amazon and it’s updated every hour. You can also filter products by category(-ies), price, reviews, monthly sales revenue, monthly revenue, as well as choose whether you want to include branded products and who is the product fulfilled by.
This tool validates whether a product you’d like to sell in your Amazon store is worth investing in or not. To do it, you have to send a photo or a link to the supplier. Then, Zonbase’s Launch managers review the product and prepare a detailed 20-point report card. However, to use this tool, you have to pay an additional fee of $197 per 1 product, $297 per 3 products, and $397 per 5 products.
This feature shows you the monthly sales of a specific product quickly and easily. To use it, you just have to enter the product’s URL or ASIN and click the “Next” button. If you enter the URL (which we usually do), the program then finds its ASIN. Once this appears, you just have to click the “Calculate Sales” button. In a few seconds, the number of estimated sales per month will appear right above the search bar.
2. Sales Optimization
With this feature, you can find the best keywords for each product you want to sell in your store. Using the right keywords in your product listings, descriptions, and titles, you will optimize your products for increased visibility.
Finding the right keywords is easy since all you have to do is enter a keyword in the search bar and hit the “Search” button. In a few moments, you get a detailed report on the keyword(s) you searched for which includes:
- Estimated monthly Amazon searches
- Smart score
- Seasonality indicator
- Word cloud (related keywords)
You also get the entire list of keywords related to the one you searched for, in my case is “coffee station”. The list also includes the estimated monthly search volume, smart score, and relevancy to your keyword per each related keyword. You can download the table as a CSV file that you can open in Excel or Google Sheets.
This is one of the coolest features of Zonbase as it shows you the keywords your competitors use. In this way, it allows you to find their top keywords, similar successful products, and the most common words you need to add your title or bullets to optimize your product listing.
To do this, you need to enter your product’s URL or ASIN and hit the “Search” button. If you’ve entered the URL, the program finds its ASIN and by clicking the “Analyze” button, you get a table of the best keywords that can help you rank first, second, third, etc. The table also includes data on competitors’ rank, search volume per month, smart score, as well as the number of times each word appears on the search terms that rank.
You can also search and compare up to 3 products at once. For greater convenience, you can download this table as a CSV file.
Everyone wants to get to the first page of the search results, whether it is when searching on Google or Amazon itself. This tool helps you get there by optimizing your listing, designing your customized PPC campaign, and giving you a personal coach to assist you day-to-day.

This feature shows you the number of sales of a certain product sold by your competitor. This allows you to promote the same product in your store. Apart from spying on a competitor’s product, you can also track the sales of your own products to see how they rank for a given keyword.
You can do this by simply adding a new product via the “Add a New Product” button and entering its URL or ASIN and a keyword you want to see the rank for. Once added, you can click on the product. It will be selected in baby pink color and below it, you will find information on the monthly search volume, current tank, and that week’s trend.
If you want to see the latest detailed results, you need to click the clock icon on the right of the product you’ve added. In it, you will find the keyword and the tracking data, which includes position, ASIN, and date and time.
3. Listing Optimization
This feature allows you to create your own product listing and compare it with your competitors. Also, it allows you to optimize your listings using the best keywords in the titles, bullet points, descriptions, and search terms. And, it lets you know which keywords are branded so that you don’t use them, otherwise, you may get blocked by Amazon.
To find the best keywords your competitors use, you need to enter a product’s URL or ASIN in the search bar and hit the “Retrieve Keywords” button. In a few seconds, you get the results, which include the best keywords and the product listing with the title, all bullet points, description, and search terms. Using these keywords and the listing, you can write a listing for your product that will outrun that of your competitor.
As the name of this tool suggests, it optimizes your product listing to boost its visibility, rank, and sales. However, to get access to the Listing Optimizer, you have to pay an extra fee of $397 per 1 ASIN, $497 per 2-5 ASINs, and $647 for more ASINs and additional features.
This tool optimizes your product photos and turns them into explainer photos that make more sales. What makes this tool one of the essential ones is because:
- Eye-catching photos attract more buyers.
- Highlighted features give a better picture of the product to the customers and make them feel most comfortable buying the product.
- Appealing photos tell a lot about your brand and the efforts you put in your business to build it.
To use this feature, you have to order the number of photos you want to be enhanced and optimized. Then, you send all the photos you want to be edited in any high resolution. Once the team edits all the photos, they send them back to you so you can upload them to Amazon.
But, this greatness has a price and it’s $197 per 1 photo, $397 per 5 photos, and $647 per more photos and additional features.

Zonbase vs Jungle Scout
Zonbase and Jungle Scout are very similar Amazon FBA tools. According to some marketers, Zonbase is one of the best Jungle Scout alternatives with 92% accuracy compared to the Jungle Scout’s 95% accuracy.
These two tools share most of their features, including Product Research, Keyword Research, Listing Optimizer, Product Launch, and Profit Dashboard. The only feature that differs them is the Finding Suppliers one that’s unique to Jungle Scout.
Another difference between the two of them is the trial period. Unlike the 7 days offered by Zonbase, Jungle Scout offers 14 days risk-free try-out period. Actually, you do pay for that period but if you’re not satisfied, they’ll refund the money. The prices of Jungle Scout start at $39/month.
Zonbase vs Helium 10
Helium 10 is another alternative to Zonebase with 96% accuracy, which actually makes it the most accurate Amazon tool of all. These two are incredibly similar to another, sharing almost all features. The features that differ Helium 10 from Zonbase are the profit dashboard, product landing page builder, market tracker, sales analytics, refund genie, inventory protector, and alerts for suspicious account activity.
Another difference between them is that Helium 10 offers a free version with basic, limited features. It also has a 30-day money-back guarantee for the paid plans, unlike Zonbase that has a 7-day trial period. However, comparing their paid plans, Helium 10 is much more expensive than Zonebase starting at $97/month.
Zonbase vs Viral Launch
With 85% accuracy, Viral Launch is a bit less successful in predicting sales than Zonbase. However, is much more affordable with prices starting at $17/month. Plus, there’s a 14-day free trial that allows you to try out the tool without a credit card.
When it comes to their features, I have to say they are almost identical. They share almost the same features, with Viral Launch missing only the profit dashboard.
